With the successful completion of the Philips LAC, Lights Lab and Healthcare Centre in Singapore, CD Plus A was appointed once more to transform the existing Philips office cum showroom in Jakarta.

The challenge was to adopt the Singapore-based design, delivering work of the same excellent quality, while adding a touch of local Indonesian influences in creating a diorama of street, retail, supermarket and traditional house lightings, as well as showcase the latest illumination applications.

Working closely with our client in Jakarta, our designers toiled to better understand their culture and needs, thereby creating a one-stop lighting technology centre — where one can try out interactive demonstrations of Philip's latest lighting innovations or even join specialist educators on new conversations on light.
