Transforming a raw factory space into a vibrant living gallery, we revitalized this furniture firm’s expansive footprint with bold shapes and strategic finishes. By creating "Future Home & Office" mock-ups, we integrated state-of-the-art technology—including voice-activated systems and exercise-bike seating—directly into the environment. Following the success of their Singapore office, investment giant MFS partnered with us again for their Tokyo fit-out. The mission: replicate their sophisticated global aesthetic while navigating the complexities of a "live" office environment. We balanced strict coordination with their Boston HQ across time zones while honoring local Japanese workplace values, such as seniority and specialized floor hierarchies. The result is a seamless, familiar environment that allows MFS to maintain global brand consistency while respecting unique local traditions.
Taiwan
Following our success in Singapore, global semiconductor leader Silicon Labs commissioned us to design two branch offices in Taipei and Hsinchu City. We maintained brand continuity by blending their bold corporate red with an "edgy-industrial" palette of exposed beams, brick, and concrete. To balance this raw energy, we designed the pantries with warm timber and natural elements, creating a soothing contrast that encourages spontaneous dialogue and employee well-being.
