Property Guru wanted a dynamic and energetic workplace for its new head office in Singapore — somewhere that would inspire their people and strengthen bonds across every level of the business.

CD plus A took up the challenge and made sure to create an emotionally connected workplace. The new Property Guru office houses over 300 full-time employees with its open concept, and boasts diverse spaces such as social zones for collaborations, as well as 'pods' for the individual to do quiet work.

Other than a central hub with its iconic logo suspended above the café that is open to staff, guests and partners, we also gave prominence to nature — incorporating full length glass panels, a green wall at reception and potted plants throughout — thus blurring the line between inside and out, balancing aesthetics and functionality, encouraging collaboration whenever, wherever.
