Inspired by its big and forward-thinking culture, the new Singapore office of Wotton Kearney was designed for maximum flexibility, ergonomics, seamless integration of technology, and productivity.

Key features of the space include a clear zoning of client space and staff work areas. Client-facing meeting rooms are equipped with room booking systems, foldable training tables, and collapsible partitions to maximize their use and flexibility in accommodating different sizes of meeting and training activities. An adjacent coffee lounge caters to these big training activities and serves as a transition space between the client area and staff workspace behind.

Bookable height-adjustable desks at the staff workspace enable hotdesking and encourage movement between sitting and standing. Focus rooms offer refuge from the open-plan office, while also functioning as additional discussion rooms and private offices. Bold colours and wellness features such as indoor plants accentuate and add vibrance to certain areas of the open office.

Overall, the completed office was a success as it highlights Wotton Kearney’s commitment to making a difference in Singapore and in the business of risk and insurance.
